Every parcel has a walkthrough video, acreage, and its opening bid. Read the deed restrictions. Ask us anything.
3. Bid
Open, timed bidding. The reserve is published. If you win, your bid is your price — and a real person confirms it with you.
The rules:
- Registration is free. Bidding is free.
- Every reserve is published. You always know the number to beat.
- Every bid is a binding offer, subject to seller confirmation. Every winning family is personally confirmed.
- Winners wire a 5% earnest money deposit to escrow within 24 hours UNLESS you already have paid for an ACTS Parcel Reservation.
- 30-day cash closes. Financed purchases follow a longer closing window.
