We Actually Live on the Land We Build. Every single core member of the ACTS team either owns an ACTS parcel or is actively building their future to live inside an ACTS community.

So no, we didn’t come from Wall Street. We came from ranches, build sites, classrooms, startups, and small towns. And together, we’ve built ACTS from the ground up—bringing decades of experience in:

After building a multi-million dollar marketing agency, TJ now applies his business expertise to every facet of ACTS. He’s in charge of communicating the ACTS vision to the world. If you follow @actsdereal you probably already know who TJ is. He's the original visionary behind ACTS Decentralized Real Estate, in charge of 3 things: Vision - Capital - People. A husband, father, and leader, his job is to 'see the unseen' and guide the entire ACTS mission.

If you’ve ever liked a design from one of our construction or interior design partners, Kara was the one who found them. As an event producer, she utilizes years of experience organizing events with thousands of attendees to coordinate ACTS sponsorships and in-person appearances. Without Kara, ACTS would fall apart. Part mother, part business leader, 100% superwoman. Kara oversees everything that goes on behind the scenes at ACTS. Whether it's contacting engineering companies, making sure that deadlines are met, or ensuring that everyone makes it to the company holiday party - Kara keeps the heartbeat of ACTS.

Lauren believes true leadership begins with service—helping people identify what they need to flourish and then building the roadmap to get them there. If ACTS is about legacy, Lauren helps create the structure that makes it attainable.
With 11 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience—training and empowering an organization of thousands—she is passionate about developing people to reach their full potential. A decade of homesteading and 17 years of homeschooling reflect her deep commitment to faith, family, and generational stewardship. As a devoted wife and mother of five boys, she carries a personal conviction about securing a strong future for the next generation.
Blending big-picture vision with the precision of her background as a former state auditor, Lauren brings order to complexity—streamlining processes and ensuring every future landowner feels supported, organized, and fully equipped to turn their vision of sovereignty into reality.

Haley Robinson is a wife, mother, Army veteran, entrepreneur, and cattle farmer whose diverse background in real estate, sales, and hands-on business ownership uniquely equips her for leadership within ACTS.
As an Executive Assistant supporting Ranchise™ operations, land acquisitions, and customer experience, she serves as a steady right hand—helping bring food security, stewardship, and true independence to life for ACTS families. Guided by faith and forged through service, Haley considers it a true honor to walk alongside families as they step into the path God has prepared for them.

Chaya Swensen

As our team's Admin Chaya aligns vision with execution—ensuring the right people, processes, and priorities stay on track across the organization. With over a decade of experience in startup administration, she drives structure across operations and HR, bringing organizational and operational clarity, disciplined processes, and consistent follow-through to every initiative.

She and her family are planning to live in the Xrio Ranch community and are deeply passionate about the Lord, family, and the mission of ACTS. Above all, she is most proud to be a wife and mother to two beautiful boys, building a life rooted in faith, purpose, and legacy.

As the EOS Integrator & HR Manager, Chaya aligns vision with execution—ensuring the right people, processes, and priorities stay on track across the organization. Laurent Lollis

Laurent is a 4th-generation rancher and 3rd-generation Floridian with deep roots in land stewardship and cattle. His family moved to Lake Placid, Florida, when he was just six months old after his father accepted a management position at Buck Island Ranch. Growing up on that land shaped his work ethic and love for regenerative ranching.

After high school, Laurent earned his AA in Animal Science from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, followed by a Ranch Management certificate from TCU, and then a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Florida.

Post-graduation, he returned to Buck Island Ranch as a foreman—overseeing 10,000 acres and 3,000 head of cattle. Eventually, his lifelong dream of owning his own herd led him to step out on his own and grow his family operation.

Today, Laurent joins the ACTS family as Ranch Manager for Panoplia, bringing unmatched on-the-ground experience, a heart for land restoration, and a generational commitment to raising cattle the right way.

Johanna Johansen-Clark

Johanna serves as Director of Residential Development and leads the ACTS Homes division, guiding landowners through the planning, design, and construction of homes across ACTS developments. She specializes in fixed-cost building and off-grid infrastructure, helping clients move from vision to reality with clarity, confidence, and a well-structured process.
Working closely with contractors, engineers, and design teams, Johanna ensures every project is thoughtfully planned, aligned, and executed with simplicity and transparency. She meets families where they are—whether just exploring or ready to build—and walks alongside them every step of the way.
A mother of four and grandmother, Johanna brings over 20 years of ranching experience and a deep connection to the land. Her practical, grounded approach ensures each homesite is not only well-built, but truly designed to serve the families who will live on it for generations to come.

Having farmed her entire life and stepped into ranching seven years ago, her passion for the lifestyle runs deep. Today, she helps others pursue their ranching dreams while balancing motherhood to her son, Stetson, and caring for her beloved animals.

As an Executive Assistant, she brings organization, heart, and a lifetime of agricultural experience to everything she does. Having farmed her entire life and stepped into ranching seven years ago, her passion for the lifestyle runs deep. Today, she helps others pursue their ranching dreams while balancing motherhood to her son, Stetson, and caring for her beloved animals.

About Us

We didn’t come from a long line of farmers.

We weren’t born into land.

We didn’t know anything about construction.

We were just new parents—asking the one question no one wants to face:

“If everything collapsed tomorrow… would my family be okay?”

The answer was “No.”

Even with money, business success, and connections—it wasn’t enough.

Not for what was coming. Not for the future we wanted our children to inherit.

When our daughter was born, the worst winter storm in Houston history hit.

No food. No water. No power. No heat.

And then the HOA barged into our home—while my wife was still recovering from birth.

That was the moment we knew: We couldn’t keep trusting a system that wasn’t built to protect our family.

So we did what most families dream about—we tried to go off-grid. But every option had a catch:

  • “Agri-hoods” that didn’t grow enough food to feed anyone
  • Cheap land that was barren and unlivable
  • HOAs that banned farming altogether
  • And turnkey farms that required full-time labor and full-time sacrifice

We felt what most people feel: Overwhelmed. Unqualified. Alone.

So we built what we couldn’t find.

  • Step 1: We gathered families to buy land in bulk.
  • Step 2: We created a food system that didn’t require full-time farming.
  • Step 3: We launched a co-op brand to help families sell what they grow.
  • Step 4: We built a home system designed to eliminate the weaknesses of conventional builds.

But we’re not the heroes of this story.
